Solution for Reducing jobless Candidates _URGENT
A department to be established to match jobs advertised in all government sections and searching candidates with the correct competencies from the JOBLESS database. Invite those potentials, support them and present to the recruiting department and hiring management.
Several countries around the world, protect their national citizens, the UK government should adopt such policy.

2- Benefits for job seekers – Finding jobs and continues living
3- Benefits of Hiring Department - contributing to the overall reduction in spending on job seekers which can fund more projects in their local authority to improve the welfare and reducing the number of job center support labor required to support job seekers!
Where the fund should come from?
- Ending any projects with priority 2,3,4, 5. Within the current tax year, and allocating the fund to start this project.
