Lobby the IOC to prevent Russian paralympians from competing in Beijing.
The UK government should put pressure on the international Olympic committee to prevent Paralympians from the Russian Olympic Committee competing in the winter Olympics in Beijing. If the IOC refuse, all other nations should withdraw immediately.
Petition the IOC immediately.
