Prepare to ration gas in solidarity with Ukraine, to really sanction Russia
Prepare a socially fair rationing of gas so that prices do not prevent the poorest from accessing essential energy.
Russia has invaded Ukraine. This is an attack not just on Ukraine but on democracy.
It is clear Russia will be largely unaffected by most sanctions imposed so far, at least in the short term.
The world is watching in horror as we see civilians fleeing and their homes attacked - in Europe.

It's not clear if you want the Government to implement sanctions that reduce gas supply to the UK, or prepare a strategy for how to manage a gas shortage if the UK's gas supply is affected by the current situation in Ukraine and Russia.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
