Seize sanctioned Russia linked funds to support Ukrainian refugees
Enhance the current sanctions regime to include seizure of any funds/assets currently frozen to fund the care of Ukrainian refugees
The cost of caring and supporting refugees on the public finances of host countries relatively quickly saps broad public support for hosting said refugees. As the displacement of Ukrainians has been caused by Russia it is only fair that they be made to pay for supporting the people whose life they disrupted.
