help sophie get her much needed operation
Sophie has cerebral palsy and was given the opportunity for a life chaning operation called selective dorsal rhizotomy which may help her walk. The funding for the operation has now been withdrawn. Please all sign and help get sophie the chance of something we all take for granted.
