Require farm animals kept outside be given access to shelter

Petition Details

Farm animals are often kept in exposed open fields. This particularly applies to sheep. These fields often have no shelter at all, not even trees. We believe all farm animals should have access to shelter, to protect themselves from extreme weather, whether that be rain, snow, wind or scorching sun.
