Offer student visas and funding for higher education to students fleeing Ukraine

Petition Details

The UK Government should offer fully funded university places, and student visas where necessary, to students who have been studying in Ukraine so that they can continue with or finish their studies in the UK.

Additional Information

Many students in Ukraine have had their studies disrupted because of the war that has broken out in the country. Among them are British students, students who are habitually resident in the UK, and Commonwealth citizens. The UK Government should put in place a package of support for all university students fleeing Ukraine who manage to get to the UK so that they can continue and finish their studies here in the UK.
