Place Russian held assets into a Ukrainian Sovereign Wealth Fund.
Divest any Government, UK Business and encourage other allied governments and businesses to divest Russian held assets into a Ukrainian Sovereign Wealth Fund.
It will need strong leadership to encourage all parties to divest such assets, rather than sell them to parties indifferent to the situation in Ukraine.
