Stop the recruitment agencies employing in the construction industry
Stop the construction companies using recruitment agencies as employment to stop the working rights of the employee and taking a fee to receive your wages
A law to make sure recruitment agencies can only source workers at a fee to the employers. Nothing else . Backed up with unions .

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about certain employment arrangements, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to ban the use of umbrella companies in the construction industry, if that's what you want to happen.
Decisions about organising a trade union are a matter for workers, not the Government or Parliament.
