Change the speed limit back to 30mph from 20mph in London between 10pm and 6am.
Change the speed limit from 20mph to 30mph in London after 10pm at night until 6am in the morning as the current limits of 20mph at these times do not create a safer environment but can cause conflict between road users and seem to serve no purpose other than as a means of collecting revenue.
For example at 2am in the morning a 20mph speed limit is ridiculous on most London roads. Everyone I have spoken to agrees with this common sense approach. 20mph on Millbank at 3 in the morning is painfully slow.
