All Russian registered ships be prevented from docking in all UK ports.
In addition, those already docked should be prevented from leaving.
Sanctions on Russia are about restricting trade and brining to bear the full force of financial isolation. As well as preventing trade it will also affect oligarchs and their yachts
Act immediately to further hamper trade for Russia
