Financial aid to flood victims should be means tested.

Additional Information

The Government should not be handing over a blank cheque. All financial aid to home, land and business owners, within the recently flooded areas, should be subject to prior financial means testing.

i.e. Home owner - combined household income +£80k per annum - no financial aid.
