Remove new protest provisions from Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill
The Government must remove provisions that would create new offences and give police additional powers to restrict protests.
These provisions are particularly concerning at a time when Russians protesting the invasion of Ukraine are being detained in Russia.
