Allow 16 year olds to travel faster than 28mph on motorpeds
It’s dangerous to be made to restrict 50cc motorpeds to 28mph when they can ride on 50mph roads, people overtake and get angry and usually end up hitting them. The legal definition of motorped needs to be upped and the restriction removed or increased so they can travel faster

We understand that you want the Government to change speed limits for licence categories for 16 year olds, but it's not clear if you want these speed limits to be abolished or increased. We also couldn't publish a petition that made unsubstantiated claims that most cars overtaking mopeds hit the moped.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
