Easier access to charge councils for damage to cars becuase of potholes
Make it easier for the normal working man to charge the councils for not fixing potholes properly around the country. This is damaging our cars that have to meet the standards of being road worthy when the roads aren't!!!
Make it easier to claim compensation against the councils who fail to upkeep the road to a standard that doesn't break your car or puncture your tyres everytime u drive on it. Its a joke that you expect the working class to pay for this because u carnt keep up the maintenance
