Get the security sector a recognised skilled job
I would like government or parliament to recognise the security sector as a skilled job and not unskilled
To change the status of the security to a recognised skilled job . You can not work in security without taking training and Up skill to get a renewal of sia badge.
Training must be taken exams must be passed or you can not work in security.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The Government does not decide whether jobs are referred to as skilled or unskilled. It does decide what jobs are eligible for skilled work visas, and a number of jobs in the security services - including security manager - are included in this list: www.gov.uk/government/publications/skilled-worker-visa-eligible-occupations/skilled-worker-visa-eligible-occupations-and-codes
If you would like other jobs in the security sector to be added to the list of jobs eligible for skilled work visas we could accept a petition requesting this.
