To create a Ukraine Reparation Fund
If not already in place, to enact legislation to allow seizure of Russian state assets together with those of Putin and his associates.
The current crisis in Ukraine is not just a humanitarian disaster brought on by an illegal war, but a threat to the peace and stability of all European nations. The cost of rebuilding Ukraine and providing recompense to its peoples will be huge and it is legitimate that as the aggressor and cause Russia is made to pay. Russian assets, and assets of Putin's trustees and associates are within our and the West's jurisdiction. International collabortation to create a reparation fund should be actively sought.
