Implement an immediate boycott on Russian Oil and Gas imports.
Stop all imports of oil and gas from Russia and from Russian companies into the UK.
This would provide a clear act of solidarity with the people under attack who are suffering far worst consequences than the fuel shortages that would inevitably result from a ban on imports.The shortages would be hard but would give UK citizens a sense that they were doing something significant in the fight to stop Putin's offensive.Cutting oil and gas imports would have a far greater impact on the Russian economy than any of the existing sanctions.
