Allow acess to GPs stop telphone treatments
To be able to access a GP and not to be spoken to by a receptionist or doctor over a telephone.
When one has phoned up three days in a row only to be told there are no more telephone appointments for that day phone back tomorrow to make an appointment and a GP will phone you.
