Seize all empty, Russian property in UK and use it to house Ukrainian refugees.
The Government should use powers to seize russian owned property, much as they are freezing Russian assets, and use the buildings to house refugees from the war in Ukraine.
It would send a clear signal to Russian investors who keep properties empty for speculative capital gain that their vacant proprties are an aberration when so many people from Ukraine are in dire need of safety and shelter.
