'Legally Ban' the removal & derailment of Components fitting Crimes Against Humanity, WAR Crimes & Human Rights violation in applicants redress submissions.
Compel redress teams to consider Planned Physical Elements of Daily Atrocities breaching ICC Article 7 - Crimes Against Humanity
With Major Wars in the world: eg Tigray War and Russian & Ukraine conflict. The UK must have home laws; to set an example & GOLD Standard in Redressing Crimes Against Humanity etc & stop accountability prevention
