Ban adult entry charges to children entertainment venues
I would like parliament to ban places charging for adult entry on childrens venues such as soft plays, farms and activity centres. If it is a child based activity with no adult involvement, just being a spectator then the entry charge should not be legally allowed.
The extortionate pricing for adult entry is stopping many families being able to afford to take their child/ren to fun sociable places. Adults are not going to these places to participate, we are only going to take the children. But we are being limited on where we can afford to go as everywhere is charging unnecessarily for adults.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
Decisions about prices of entry for child activity venues are a matter for individual businesses, not the UK Government or Parliament.
