Electrify the Chiltern Mainline from Birmingham to London
Electrify the full Chiltern Mainline to reduce emissions and allow for electric trains to run from London to Birmingham via Banbury and Leamington.
This will help to reach the carbon zero mark, allowing for faster and greener travel as Marylebone is the only London terminus currently without electrification. It will benefit the planet and the local people and will hopefully start a chain reaction of electrification throughout Great Britain.
