KEEP PRISONS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR
Prisons should remain in the public sector, because it is a moral responsibility for the government to protect the public from individuals who are a danger to the public. It should not be based on cost or profit to protect the public from these individuals.Government should have control over prisons and not private companies, who are only interested in one thing, which is profit.
