Use the UK's reserves of Coal Gas and Oil to combat rising prices
Use the UK Coal Gas and Oil Reserves to combat rising prices due to the government not importing Russian oil>
It will provide jobs in deprived areas (North of England, Wales, Scotland). It will help tourism. It will also encourage innovation in Mining and if done right the UK could become the leader of "Eco Mining techniques" and give the country a stable export product. If combined with Environmental friendly transportation (Trains and Electric Vehicles) and if properly managed it would produce less Co2 than shipping resources halfway around the world.
