The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand you want fracking licenses to be issued, however it's not clear which projects you want such licenses to be granted to. In any case, we can't accept petitions which call for action in respect of individual businesses, including petitions calling for specified operators of energy generating facilities be granted a fracking license.
