Change age related pay.
I want the government to set a standard wage for all ages. I think I can speak for the country when I say it is age discrimination and completely unfair.
I think that the NLW & NMW for the different age groups are extremely poor. As an 18 year old I think it’s completely unjust that I can do the EXCACT same job as a 25 year old and get paid considerably less. My cost of living would be the same as that of an older person so why should my pay be different?
