Protect the public and the canine population

Additional Information

1. Licence ALL dog breeders, even accidental mating should be forced a breeders licence.
2. Force all puppy/dog sales sites to ask for details of breeding licence before an advert is placed.
3. Breeders details placed on the chip and kept on there so the dog is fully traceable back to it's breeder.
4. No KC registrations without breeders licence number.
