Wallet sized blue badge

Additional Information

As the Blue Badge scheme is not specific to a car, but rather the disabled person entitled to the badge, I petition the DWP to allow the creation of wallet sized blue badges to allow the ease of transfer between vehicles.

The card would be the same as a driving license in size and could be verified just as easily.
