Have a FREE vote in parliament to transfer our foreign aid budget in support of flood victims in the UK

Additional Information

We want our government to firstly supports us, we require the government to have a free vote in parliament to enact a bill to support us in the aid of victims of flooding and other disasters in favour of any other other countries or states. As tax payers this should be a fundamental right! There should be a consideration in law that the UK comes first.
