Petition Action

ABOLISH ANIMAL CRUELTY / NEGLECT NOW IN THE U.K.

Additional Information

Bring back into force the ANIMAL LICENSE.

Each animal owned must hold a relevant license with a unique coded number which would be traceable by microchip back to the REGISTERED OWNER. This could be administered by a local Veterinary Practice.

The sole responsibility would lie with the owner to renew yearly. Failure to do so would result in a substantial fine, the animal being removed and/or a relevant punishment.
I am sure Responsible Owners would gladly support this and hopefully in time animal cruelty would be a thing of the past in the U.K.
