Award Ukraine the George Cross for it's bravery in defending it's homeland.
During the last war Malta was awarded the George Cross for it's outstanding bravery in defending it's island against a mighty power and saving a vital naval base.
In effect Ukraine is fighting a proxy war for NATO. We cannot be involved militarily for obvious reasons but awarding this honour would give Ukrainians a morale boost. They have fought with exceptional bravery in resistance of an unprovoked invasion by Russia.
