Pet theft is on the rise and owners are victims of crime and should be offered Police Victim Support.

Additional Information

Pet theft is on the rise, but owners are often not offered victim support. They are victims of a crime which is on the rise, and the Government need to realise the impact pet theft has on families and that this is a nationwide issue affecting many.
