changing gender from male to female surgeries by the NHS be the same
I want the NHS to make this available to every transgender person going from male to female to do the surgery from top to bottom
Because it would make the transgender happier in there bodies
Transgender people that are changing gender from male to female should be able to have the same surgeries eg breasts on top by the NHS like they do in Scotland we should have the same.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise.
Decisions on whether to offer specific procedures as part of gender reassignment surgery are a clinical matter for the NHS. The NHS in England is operationally independent from the Government.
