Have a public referendum.
Give the electorates a vote on whether to accept or reject the possibility of switching to a centralised digital banking system.
There is no need for a centralised digital banking system. The risks to the electorates security and costs to implement far outweigh any gains. It will not benefit the general public in any way whatsoever.
Provide full transparency on the future positive and negative consequences of switching to a centralised digital banking system.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
We're not sure what you mean by a "centralised digital banking system".
