No National Insurance For Under 21's

Any one under 21 should pay a reduced rate or no National Insurance.

If you're employed you pay Class 1 National Insurance contributions. The rates are:
if you earn more than £149 a week and up to £797 a week, you pay 12 per cent of the amount you earn between £149 and £797

Any under 21 year old on minimum wage is punished for working any kind of overtime or extra shifts.

Any one under 21 should pay a reduced rate or no National Insurance.
