Legalise the use of privately owned e-scooters on pavements and bike paths in UK
If you are caught riding an eco-friendly alternative to walking (an E-scooter) you can get fined up to £300 and get 6 points. This is not viable nowadays as it is now an environmentally friendly alternative from driving a petrol or diesel vehicle.
Due to the vast amount of motor vehicles on the road nowadays it is also a viable method to reduce the amount of traffic on the roads. This keeps the cost down for transport and reduces the amount of accidents that happen on the roads. This is the best alternative to have other than motor vehicles and allows the public access to places where it would be impossible with public transport.
