We believe that making school days shorter could
. Improve students mental health
. Increase concentration in class
. Increase family time
. Increase physical health due to more rest/sleep
. Decrease pressure on students
. Improve physical, intellectual, emotion and social development

Additional Information

Some teens suffer from lack of sleep, some of them don’t sleep until 1am and this could be caused by the pressure of school. Some must wake up early for school and do not get enough sleep and their physical and intellectual development is impacted.
