Daylight savings: permanently pick a time - GMT or BST
Parliament should consider making GMT or BST permanent. Make a choice and stick with it.
There is no good reason to change our clocks twice a year flipping back and forth 1 hour each time. It's outdated and ridiculous.
We need to take back control of our time.
