Take urgent actions to address the extreme cost of living crisis
We want the Government to:
- Subsidise energy prices, and introduce a windfall tax on fossil fuel companies
- Reverse the NI hike and introduce a new wealth tax
- Nationalise energy & water companies
- Increase the National Living Wage to reflect the increased cost of living
- Cap rent increases
People are struggling due to the extreme cost of living crisis. Energy prices have increased hugely. Fuel, food, water, costs, and National Insurance contributions are increasing. My husband and I both work full time, but we are only just managing - let alone low income families. National minimum wages do not reflect the cost of living.
Many people will suffer severely unless this is addressed urgently. Please take the actions requested to address increased costs of living.
