Mandatory insurance for the bicycle riders using the public roads.
Introduce mandatory insurance for the push bicycle, electric bicycle riders using/riding on the public roads.
At the moment if the rider of the pushbike or electric bicycle get in an accident with a car/van/lorry and it's their fault - due to the fact that they do not need the insurance the other party (car/van/lorry) driver insurance will be affected (losing no-claim years, paying for the damage created to their vehicle, need to pay more at the renewal, etc.). I think it's not right - if both categories use the same public road we need to hold the same responsibilities and follow the same rules.
