That participation in all sex-separated sports be based on participants' DNA

Petition Details

Society is confused, distressed and enraged as fair sports becomes a victim of the woke Gender Wars, making the West look weak. In cycling, weightlifting and swimming we see absurd wrongs.

Additional Information

The only way to fix this is the science, DNA does not lie. Don't let them steal the dreams of our girls, they deserve our protection, play fair!

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Section 195 of the Equality Act 2010 already allows sports competition organisers to "exclude participation of a transsexual person as a competitor in a gender-affected activity if it is necessary to do so to secure in relation [...] fair competition, or the safety of competitors": www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/section/195

Deciding who should be eligible to take part in individual sporting events are a matter for the organisers, not the UK Government or Parliament.
