Ban smoking in HM Prisons.
Allowing convicted criminals to smoke while under sentence in one of our prisons is laying the taxpayer open to claims for millions of pounds in compensation from warders, who are employees, who have a right to be protected from the effects of second hand smoking caused by allowing the prisoners to smoke. SMOKING IN ALL TAXPAYER FUNDED BUILDINGS MUST BE BANNED.
