Make school days 9:30 instead of 8:30
You should make the school day 9:30 instead of 8:30, because my son is always tired in the morning when he has to go to school, and if they have school at 9:30, then they will be less tired for the school day. So they can concentrate on their learning instead of sleeping in lessons.
