Change the law on hitting and killing cats when driving
I would like to see the law changed if someone drives and hits a cat and killing them as they are peoples pets and they are family.
If you hit a dog with a vehicle you get charged for injuries or killing a dog when run over so the law should be the same when it comes to cats , yesterday one of my cats was killed by a driver she would of been on way home for food this happened around 7.15 am it was light the driver hit her head killing her instantly. So I want the law changed to the same as it is if you run over and kill a dog
