Removal of need to reveal disability, sexuality, religion and race from application forms

Additional Information

In a modern society there is no need for any form to require the filler-in to reveal their race, religion, sexual orientation or whether or not they have a disability.
I therefore wish to see such questions made illegal on forms for job applications and forms for membership of clubs and organisations.
