Make sure school last for 5 days
To stop the petition making school 4 days
4 days is not enough for a students education and many people who take longer to learn things will struggle. If the school week becomes shorter that may mean longer school hours that may affect peoples travelling, mental health etc.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government has responded to the petition calling for schools to be required to close on Fridays, saying that it has no plans to require schools to make Friday part of the weekend, and that regular attendance at school is vital for children’s education, well-being and long term development.
