It has now been reported that criminals are accessing personal info. from Government Departments for criminal profit. Add this to the Departments that sell personal info., (eg. .DVLA),and it is clear that something should be done. Every individuals name and personal details should be made private and legally trade-marked and any person or 'Body' wishing to access these details should have to pay that person for it, (also back-dated). Any 'Body' that does work for the Government is a Government department, eg. Quangoes).
