Scrap Care Allowance & Bring forward a Non Taxable Carers Incentive Payment.
Carers Allowance should be withdrawn. Bring forward
Carers Incentive Payments :
Based on 35hrs a week care
Under 4 criteria :
1) In paid Employment.
2) Not in Employment non eligible for benefits.
3) Claimants of benefits.
4) Pensioners.
Carers Allowance doesn't work to support us as Carers.
Carers incentive payments will support us to carry on our caring role and benefit us by not restricting our earnings at work.
This will deter and reduce extended benefit claims.
Those unable to seek employment should be placed above the unemployment rate.
Pensioners and universal credit claimants will have financial acknowledgement for ther caring roles.
