Provide free hospital parking for all NHS Staff
Abolish hospital parking charges for all NHS staff. NHS staff working through the pandemic are now facing the struggle of the cost of living crisis. Simply going to work should not add an extra financial pressure. Scotland and Wales have managed to achieve this-the rest of the NHS needs to follow
Staff are leaving the NHS in droves for better conditions elsewhere. Addressing something as basic as free parking at work will go a long way to make staff feel valued enough to continue working in the NHS.
